Will and Bobby ran into an unexpected problem in preparing to install the back flow valve. The required work was beyond their level of expertise and they made arrangements to have Chris the plumber take care of it. I really appreciate how professionally they handled this problem. The unforeseen work was quickly taken care of by Chris in concert with Will and Bobby.
