Holmes on Homes - Community EP2017: - Flooded Foundations:

Michelle and Jason have had a leaky basement since they moved into their new house five years ago. After numerous inside patches from the builder, Mike Holmes steps in and attacks the problem from the outside. Mike and his crew excavate around the property, and install a new rubber membrane on the outside of the foundation, where it should have been done the first time.

Holmes on Homes - Community EP2018: - Garage Grievance:

Jill wanted to turn her garage into a comfy studio where she could paint. When a contractor took almost $20,000 of her money and left her with an ugly, flimsy garage with no foundation, she called Holmes on Homes™. Mike Holmes arrives on site after new architectural plans are drawn up and builds a brand new studio garage from the foundation up.
